I'm beginning a new attack on multiple fronts. I've got a pedometer to walk 10,000 steps a day for 2weeker. I've got a friend who "wants" to go walking more, but we've yet to convene that. I... am trying to eat breakfast, the proverbial they say it helps the metabolism, and I tend to go in cycles of neglect for breakfast. As for better overall eating, its there some days and gone the next in a flurry of pizza and free flowing soda.
So it's the usual line "we'll see what happens"
