Wherein eric makes no guarantees...

Well, late in December of 08 I purchased a recumbent exercise bike. I read it was good for a fat guy's knees, and this is true. I printed up some calendars and wrote down my start weight. From January 1st through April 20th, I exercised almost everyday, and have lost about 20 pounds.

It was a little more, but I evened out by using a lame excuse to slack off for the last three weeks.

I'm starting back up today, and will continue.

Let's hope that I stop coming back here just for failures, but also for success.
