Stalemate

So, it's officially 3 weeks 2 days. Still no soda, barely any drinks but water, milk, and the occasional tea and juice.

The problem is that 20 min a day isn't going to cut it when I haven't changed any other eating habits. (And am following a pattern where I get the 20 min for three days, break, then start again). I still munch randomly, eat fast food more than once a week, and eat way too many breads and starches (Thats really what puts on my pounds, not the sugars and fats as much as the carbs). I also purchased a bag of chocolate skittles, which is skittles texture with chocolate flavors. You'd be amazed to know that it works for fruit flavors, but not so much for chocolate.

So the next change is two-fold: exercise more overall and more consistently, and pay more attention to eating habits. I could at least manage my portions better.

I'm also trying to figure out where to find a new job or extra part-time work, and I don't do well with all these fronts to work on, as is evidence by previous posts and life itself.

Nineteen Days

19 days.

No Soda, though I did have a soda using dream. Where I faltered and had a soda, got really angry at myself, and wondered how it happened... and then woke up.

15 of the 19 days I've gotten some form of exercise, at least 20 min.

I did write 14 script/story ideas over the two weeks.

Inadvertently coinciding with all of this is the launch of 2weeker. A website started by friends/acquaintances/people I don't know. Which seems like an interesting combination of guinea-pig voyeurism and collaborative web 2.0 effort.

I still have a few things on the checklist, we'll see how they go.
