I'm kind of noticing I think the early effects of being fat on an "aging" body. In the sense that, soon enough if I don't get fit, my body won't bounce back as quickly, and cause more issues.
The specific example is helping a friend put together a piece of furniture. We didn't move that much, and I really didn't have to exert that much energy, but still managed to feel a little tired and be surprised by it.
It was really quite sad.
