The End is the Beginning

Well, obviously this collapsed into a big pile o' failure.

I can't deny this.

My new goal is to be somewhat chubby by April 2009. That sounds manageable to me. I don't know if posting will resume, but thankfully, I'm only talking to me.

So here it is Eric, you want quite a lot right now, but you're doing nothing to get it. Not even a little bit.

You keep stumbling, you keep restarting, you keep falling down the hole.

So begin with this, it's all about the little choices. The substitutes, the munchies, the movement. If you can take the better option 2/3rds of the time, I think you can make a difference.
